The Polar Plunge
This year Dayco decided to be a part of the Polar Plunge in Kennewick, Wa. The Polar Plunge is a event that the Kennewick Police Department puts on every year to raise money for the Special Olympics. The actual event consists of participants jumping into the Columbia River during the middle of Janurary. Participants raise money by having pledges and or flat donations to jump into the river.
Dayco's presecnce was felt this year with banners placed around the event and by donating around $3,000 to the Special Olympics. Dayco will continuely help with the Special Olympics and all other local events.
