A History of Quality
Dayco was established in 1985 by Terry and Bonetta Day for only $250. They saw that there was a need in the Tri-Cities area for high quality heating and air conditioning services. Their son Ken, now the general manager, joined them in the family business in 1990. Dayco is not only a local, family owned company, but with 51% of the company belonging to Bonetta, it is also a woman owned company!
While everyone who works at Dayco may not be directly related to the Days, they go out of their way to make sure that all of their employees feel like family. This is one of the pillars of their corperate philosophy. Bonetta says, "My philosophy is we don't have anyone working for us. They're all working with us."
Today, Dayco is a booming business with a growing number of employees. Still, their attitude towards customer service hasn't changed. They want to be the best and give their customers the best.
