Dayco Heating & Air Selected for “Best Practices” Video Profile by Trane

Dayco Heating & Air of Kennewick, Washington received the ultimate accolade from Trane recently when it was one of three Comfort Specialist dealerships selected for a “Best Practices” video profile to be used on a national basis by the heating and air conditioning manufacturer.

The five-and-a-half minute video profile debuted at Trane’s national Comfort Specialist Conference in Las Vegas at the end of October in front of 1,000 of Dayco’s industry peers. Dayco’s video profile will be used by Trane throughout 2012 for regional meetings, training sessions and Comfort Specialist events as a way to showcase the best practices of Trane’s elite dealer organization.

Only Trane dealers who agree to adhere to a stringent set of principles and requirements can join the Comfort Specialist program. “Under the guidance of Dayco president Bonetta Day, her husband Terry and their son Ken, now the general manager, Dayco has established an exemplary reputation and a solid foundation in the tri-cities area of southeastern Washington state,” says Byrne. “We’re proud to have them on the Trane team.”
