Bonetta Day
Owner
Bonetta Day, who is now president of the corporation, was working in the Hanford area for Kaiser Engineers as a construction data tech. Bonetta had always been interested in business with most of her college time being spent in business courses, human resource and receiving her accounting certificate. She did the books, contract processing, ordering, helped with installation of ductwork and trim out until the business grew enough that she could leave Kaiser in 1988 to go full time at Dayco.
Terry Day
Co-Owner
Terry received his AA from Wenatchee Valley College in HVAC in 1970 while working for Alcoa Aluminum. He worked part time for his instructor’s HVAC company while going to school. In 1976, he went to work for Conditioned Air of the Tri-Cities and moved back to Kennewick. He worked for C/A until going to work in the ironworkers union as a welder and working with his HVAC company part time. After being laid off from the Hanford area, he decided he would open Dayco and do the work he loved. Terry specializes in new construction, geotherm (Econair) and light commercial. He loves working with the homeowner and leading the way in customer service.
